Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Return

1. Log into your account and go to Order History
2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
3. Click "Start Return" and follow the instructions
4. Print the prepaid shipping label and pack your items securely
5. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? You can exchange items for a different variation of the same product. Simply select "Exchange" when starting your return and choose your preferred option.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

• Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
• PayPal: 1-2 business days after processing
• Store Credit: Immediate upon processing

Return Shipping

Return shipping is FREE for exchanges and store credit refunds. For original payment method refunds, a $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
